Nice pool home.

A nice property, clean and well maintained. The pool and outdoor area was very pleasant, but the privacy curtains are in need of repair. Similarly, we found the outdoor grill — a new Blackstone — was out of propane. Otherwise, we had no complaints, it was a comfortable space which led to a relaxing long weekend.

Pleasant stay

We really enjoyed the pool area with the privacy curtains. We had multiple windy days and it allowed us to use the lanai and stay out of the wind. The house was clean and plenty of cookware. Local Publix was very convenient.

Home away from Home

The property offered all the amenities that a family with different age groups can enjoy. The kitchenware was fantastic and the pool was a favorite! The space was adequate, extremely clean and beautiful neighborhood. The team and homeowners were very easy to communicate with and so understanding. Will consider staying at this property again :)

Very clean and comfortable home. Beautiful and functional furniture and decor. No email or phone number provided for contacts, just names. Received a text from them the second day and I replied with a minor issue and never heard back.

Loved the pool and all the little amenities.

We rent often and little things like hand soap, kleenex, paper towels, dish and laundry soap add up. So it was a nice suprise to have everything we needed provided for us. Only suggestion would be better grilling tongs. Had a wonderful time.

Fantastic pool home, great location

Home was clean, comfortable, all was in working order and well kept, and a great layout. Plenty of room for us. Pool was well maintained and the pictures don't do it justice. We had zero issues so I didn't need to reach out until we checked out. Prompt reply back! Would absolutely stay again.

Tranquility

Everything about this property was On-Point! The neighborhood is quiet & felt safe. The house was exactly how it's described & the furnishings are extremely nice. The house is neat & well cared for. The pool is beautiful & the lanai even has privacy curtains. Vern, the Guest Contact is personable & very willing to help with any troubles. Thing is...we never met Vern in person because we had no troubles. The owners sent a welcoming text our first day there & made sure everything was good. Highly recommend this property & if we're ever back in Cape Coral we will stay again if it's available.
