Excellent Location! Close to restaurants and beaches by car or boat and a pool!

Beautiful Yacht club home on a wide canal close to the river. Only one bridge and out for a short boat ride to several restaurants, beaches and bars. Cape Coral beach and boat launch is only a few blocks away and many restaurants, bars, and shopping centers are within walking distance. The heated pool in the back yard is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The home has plenty of room with a second living area that can be used for a sleeping area for the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked including a blender, coffee maker, dishes, dishwasher and spices for cooking. There is also a grill on the beautiful screened in lanai. The back yard has several palm trees and fruit trees with wonderful view of the canal. The canal is perfect for fishing, boating or just to watch the manatee swim by!

Great place to stay!

Great family friendly place, plenty of stuff for the teens to do from fishing to swimming to beaches that were close by. Hosts thought of everything and had games for the kids, extras in the cabinets if we needed them. We will definitely be back if we visit Ft Myers for baseball again.

Nice Family Vacation Spot

Relaxing vacation I appreciated being close to the gym and restaurants. I enjoyed laying poolside while the boys fished. Nice to cook and be able to have all our laundry clean before we returned home. Host was great at keeping us informed on anyone being on the grounds. Exceeded our expectations!!

Awesome Vacation!!

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We would say it was even better than the photos. Texas was great with communication. The heated pool was perfect. It was also nice to have some staples such as spices, sugar, etc. Wonderful location close to everything you need. We would definitely stay again!

Tlhe kids loved the pool! The house was pretty clean. It would have been nice to have more than one tool of toilet paper for each bathroom, and more than one trash bag for both the garbage and recyclables.over all was a pretty nice stay.
