Located within the Basic City Hub, it is within walking distance of Basic City Brewery and downtown Waynesboro, just a few miles from Skyline Drive, Blue Ridge Tunnel, and Appalachian Trail. Conveniently located near the 151 Nelson County Wine/Brewery Trail and Wintergreen Resort!
The unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, featuring a queen bed with a comfortable mattress and luxurious bedding. The living room features an eat-in dining space plus living space, flat screen TV, and laundry in the unit. The private entrance is convenient to the free parking area. The unit is all on the main level so accessible for physical limitations.
It is located in the heart of the city and close to the main road, so it is likely to hear traffic, ambulance, and trains.
We allow pets but there is a pet fee which we will request separately.
