Modern Apartment Close to Park and Subway

Stay in a well-appointed modern and mid-century design home with updated appliances (you don't find that everywhere in nyc!). The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, large tv and couch. The living/dining area has a full size dining table as well as Murphy bed hidden behind the couch. My love of art and design shows in the furnishings. I hope you appreciate them as much as I do.

This is my home. So over the years I've built up the quality of items at my disposal: Riedel wine glasses, Le Creuset, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Steps from Prospect Park (Skating, Lake and playgrounds very nearby), public tennis courts, ball fields and a lovely playground at the end of the block. The Q train, which runs 24 hours, is 2 blocks away at Church Avenue. At the same stop, the B train runs weekdays 6am-9pm. Street parking is what i use....but pay attention to the signs for street-cleaning. Also, there is a Citi-bike station at the end of the block.

The nearby grocery store is stocked to wild proportions with a wide variety of foods to accommodate the many cultures in the neighborhood. Bars, restaurants and take-out nearby on Flatbush Avenue. And some of the best Roti around!
