Recently updated one bedroom, one bathroom first floor condo with a stunning view of Lemon Bay. This unit has a king bed with a queen sleeper sofa. Fully stocked kitchen. 32' flat screen tv's in living room and bedroom. Wireless internet. Located on Manasota Key, where you can walk to the local restaurants or just cross the street to the beach. Enjoy the amenities offered, a heated pool, fishing pier, deep-water community dock, grilling area and laundry facilities. Boat slips available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Minimum 7 night stay.
