Space was very clean and lots of little extras included: coffee, tea, towels. Location was an easy walk from the subway station which we used to go downtown.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable

We really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was spacious and clean and in a great neighborhood close to the metro and bus station we also were able to find a great little café and restaurant within walking distance that made it easy to find a great meal after a long day.

Excellent accommodations

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Quiet neighborhood close to the metro, restaurants, shops and a grocery. Quick ride from metro to the center of the city. Host was extremely gracious and communicative. Apartment was well-equipped, and we really appreciated the Christmas decorations and treats that were left.

Nice property 5 min from mall walking. Mall has bakery. Butcher and grocery store. Parking is great and city is fairly easy to navigate by car. Host is great. Lots of space

Quiet neighborhood, easy access to city center

We were a little nervous about using the subway without speaking the local language but it was so easy! Oliver sent detailed instructions and guides to the area before the stay which were very helpful. He was easy to reach via text or the app. Having three bedrooms was a very nice treat! There’s a big grocery store very nearby plus a post office, bank, coffee shop and bakery. It was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood but still have easy access to the main tourist center. The blinds in one of the bedrooms didn’t work but it looks like they’re being repaired and there were curtains so it was okay. There's a nice breeze that blew through the apartment in the evening. I can imagine it might get pretty hot at times but I was very pleasant for us. My husband is 6’4” tall (almost 2 meters) and the sloped ceilings were hard for him. It’s what you get with an attic apartment but thought I’d mention for any future tall travelers. We loved it and would stay again. Nuremberg was a surprisingly beautiful and interesting city. Highly recommend.

FeWo ist zentral und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzbar. Parkplätze gibt es kostenfrei vor dem Haus. Auf Sauberkeit sollte etwas mehr Wert gelegt werden. Zudem ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, jedoch lösen sich einige Kanten. Schönheits-Reparaturen sollten erfolgen.

Alles bestens!

Es ist schwierig eine FeWo mit drei separaten Schlafzimmern zu finden. Doch die Wohnung hier bietet das und war somit genau richtig für uns. Alles war sauber, die Wohnung ist relativ neu renoviert und liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Zur Autobahn ist es trotzdem nicht weit. Für uns eine Empfehlung!

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, in einem angenehm ruhigen Haus, ansprechend eingerichtet mit Vollausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, vom Buchen der Wohnung mit umfangreichem Infomaterial bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung

Super netter Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist modern und sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Klasse sind auch die drei getrennten Schlafzimmer. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, aber es gibt Öffis in der Nähe. Die Kia Arena ist relativ nahe. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit guter Anbindung in die Altstadt

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Empfang. Einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche gibt es einen Ofen ,vier Herdplatten und sogar ein Gefrierfach, auch sonst ist alles da, was man braucht. Die U- Bahn ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und so kommt man schnell und bequem in die Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We live even in the vicinity to the apartment and enjoy it, to be in a short time in the downtown area. The rest is available in front of the door. The Faber-Castell Castle with the Castle Garden and the lake is a nice place for walks. Or we just go to the river close to us. It is very nice to live here.

Quick into town .... the subway and go ... in 15 minutes we are downtown.
Shopping .... just around the corner ... 5 minute walk.
Excursions? ... By car ... on the highway, and much has been achieved quickly.
We have no traffic noise, the nature is on your doorstep.
