Charming authentic traditional character farmhouse from the 18th century, steeped in history, completely renovated into a comfortable, charming holiday home, nestled in a quiet setting in the gentle rolling Brionnais countryside, in a small "dispersed" rural hamlet, a stone's throw from a beautiful forest protected in ZNIEFF & 3.5 km from the commercial town of La Clayette (many amenities on site including supermarkets) nestled in an amphitheater on the banks of a 30 ha pond bordered by a majestic medieval castle (dating from 1380), a heritage jewel of Southern Burgundy! Magnificent preserved rural & natural setting, nestled in the hollow of the sublime local bocage dotted with woods, ponds & rivers.
