Summary:
Relax in this professionally designed home minutes from the freeway and all major shopping in Nampa. You'll have access to the neighborhood basketball court and common area right outside your front door, and all amenities of the home, an open floorplan, designated work desk, luxury linens, comfy beds and space for all your travel essentials along with an air mattress, and you also have access to park in the garage, but we don’t have a remote unfortunately, but you can open it from the inside.
The Space:
This open floorplan and design are curated with luxurious elements to elevate your stay while still maintaining the comfort of home; comfortable enough to put your feet up! We have new hybrid mattresses throughout the rooms.

Guest Access:
We offer self-check-in, which is contactless and gives you quick access to the home. You'll have a unique pass code during your stay. We're also just a text/call away if you have any questions during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
A quiet neighborhood but with walking paths and the common area right outside the front door! Also has a basketball court.
Getting Around:
This home is conveniently located less than a mile from the freeway and all the major shopping in Nampa. Free onsite parking on the driveway.

Outdoor and garage amenities (including BBQ grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items) are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While we do our best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. These amenities are not guaranteed and not subject to compensation if unavailable or malfunctioning.

This home is in a lived-in neighborhood. While it’s generally quiet, we cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. No refunds will be given for external noise beyond our control.

For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy:

No Compensation for Utility Outages:
In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. We’ll do our best to assist, but outages are typically out of our control.
