Detached cottage for 6 people, in Le Cuing, 10km north of Montréjeau and Saint-Gaudens. Private enclosed garden. This country house welcomes you on the outskirts of the village, in a quiet setting with views of the Pyrenees on clear days. For your stays or business trips, you will have a private enclosed garden and 2 hectares of fields for your walks. The GR86 hiking trail is less than 1km away. Near an agricultural shed. Close to the Pyrenees, this region offers numerous opportunities for cultural and sporting discoveries. You will be 5km from the Cardeilhac arboretum forest and 9km from the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin. 10 km from Lake Montréjeau (swimming, golf), Saint-Gaudens and the Via Garona hiking and cycling trail (Route of Santiago de Compostela); a 20-minute drive from the Auirignacian Forum Museum, the Gorges de la Save, the Lanemmezan leisure park (neighboring Hautes-Pyrénées department), and one of France's favorite villages, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges. On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room, kitchen, garage with laundry area, and separate toilet. Upstairs: den, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm)) (1 double bed (140cm + 1 single bed (90cm)) (1 double bed (140cm), separate toilet, bathroom, and shower. Oil-fired heating. Parking area.
