Historic building all in ochre stones, renovated with respect for the environment (lime/hemp coatings, wood...), for 10 people, 4 ears of corn, this cottage awaits you for an "all-inclusive" stay in the charming village of Alan, 8km from Martres-Tolosane and its earthenware factories. Warmly welcomed by Mr. and Mrs. Bernadets, spend a vacation in an old fortress from the time of the knights! Nearby: 8km from the GR86 hiking trail and the ViaGarona and the earthenware factories of Martres-Tolosane, Salies-du-Salat thermal baths (17km), Saint-André lake (8km), Aurignacian Museum (5km)... Ground floor: large living room, kitchen, separate toilet and laundry room, bedroom (double bed 180cm) with private shower room/WC. Access to the two upper floors by a spiral staircase built in the old tower. First floor: two bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm) (1 double bed 160cm) with private bathrooms, shared toilet. Second floor: a children's bedroom (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm) whose occupants have access to the private bathrooms of the other bedrooms. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, electric convectors on the upper floors. SPA, terrace and private enclosed garden (2000m²). Box for Internet access and landline telephone. Private parking for one car and possible parking on the street. Pets allowed. Non-smoking cottage. Independent gîte with jacuzzi, set in an old fortress in the middle of the Comminges hills...
