Breathtaking view of the Cagire, from the rooms. Le Clos Saint-Paul, these are 2 gîtes adjoining the owners' home, for a total capacity of 21 people with a shared swimming pool! In the outbuildings of a Comminge farm transformed into a convent in the 20th century, these gîtes have been the subject of a contemporary renovation and enjoy a view of the Pyrenean foothills and the Pic du Cagire. In the heart of the Comminges-Pyrénées region, you can indulge in many activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, cycling on the Tour de France passes, water sports, adventure park, caving, swimming lake and golf in Montréjeau, ... You can also visit the major renowned sites of the Occitanie region such as the Cathedral of St Bertrand de Comminges, Saint Just de Valcabrere, Saint Lizier ... In Aspet, a very lively village located 3.5 km away, you will find all the shops and regional products, 2 markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays, restaurants and the Tourist Office. The Mourtis ski resort, 30 minutes away, will welcome you winter and summer for snow sports ... Saint-Gaudens and Boussens (SNCF train stations, Garonne river) are 20 km away and the Toulouse Blagnac and Ossun Tarbes airports are approximately 100 km away. - Ground floor: entrance, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, "African" bedroom (1 double bed 140cm) with private shower room/WC, separate WC. - Upstairs: "Colonial" bedroom (1 double bed 160cm + 1 child's bed 80cm), "Nature" bedroom (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm), bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC. - Outdoor space: private enclosed garden, terrace. Shared swimming pool (5*10) with the owners and tenants of the second gîte (beach with sun loungers). Reserved parking area. Fully equipped cottage with private garden and shared adjoining swimming pool located in the Pyrenean foothills, 3km from Aspet
