In the beautiful Comminges Pyrenees region, you'll enjoy a peaceful holiday in this gîte, where numerous visits and activities are possible: the Via Garona hiking trail (part of the Way of St. James) is 4 km away; Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of the most beautiful villages in France and a designated Grand Site of the Occitanie region, is 13 km away; the lake and golf course of Montréjeau are also 13 km away; the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin is 22 km away; and finally, the spa and ski resort of Luchon-Superbagnères is 39 km away, with Spain 40 km away. In the heart of the old spa town of Labarthe-Rivière, a few kilometers from Saint-Gaudens, this renovated farmhouse comprises three adjoining accommodations: the owners' house and two self-catering cottages. There is shared parking for the two cottages and a small garden in front of each property. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room, shower room, WC. Upstairs, the staircase leads to a large attic room (one double bed 140cm) and two single beds 90cm separated by a half-wall). Gas central heating is charged from October 1st to May 31st. Pets are welcome with an additional €50 deposit. Village festival on the last weekend of August: four nights with dancing and a live band. Non-smoking property.
