Detached house "En Richard" for 8 people, 3 épis in Auriac-sur-Vendinelle (20km from Lake Revel-Saint-Ferréol). Independent cottage, close to the owners' home, with terrace (pergola), ideal for discovering the cultural riches of the Pays de Cocagne and the surrounding walks... Between Toulouse (48km) and Carcassonne (69km) and 11km from the Rigole du Canal du Midi. Activities on site: QI gong lessons or initiation, tai JI QUAN, kung-fu, escape game, murder party or treasure hunt, cooking lessons on request, semi-gastronomic takeaway meals. Ground floor: entrance to the large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge (direct exit to the terrace), "Scandinavian" bedroom of 17m2 (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom with WC, "Industrial" bedroom of 22m2 (1 double bed 140cm and 2 single trundle beds 90cm with private shower room/WC). First floor on the mezzanine under the eaves: dormitory bedroom of 36m2 (3 single beds 90cm). Private garden in front of the cottage. Parking in front of the owners' house. Enclosure with shed where the shared barbecue and outdoor games are located. Another cottage and the owners' house in another building on site Lauragaise stone farmhouse, ideal for relaxing in the shade of the trees!
