Our stay here was perfect. In town for a wedding. Jack was very responsive as we were new to the area and had lots of questions about getting around and where things were. Highly recommend

5 star rating for very clean apartment and a host who was very attentive to any needs or questions that arose . Parking on driveway was easy in and easy out on a quiet street . Apartment was clean and king bed was very comfortable . 2-3 block walk to the beach was easy . The beach area was picturesque with safe sidewalks above the beach . Grocery stores and multiple restaurants within a short driving distance . We plan to stay there on our next visit .

My wife and I had a wonderful 8 night stay . Very clean and well supplied . The king bed especially comfortable to our tastes . Our hosts were always accommodating . Large TV was a pleasure to use . Heat and AC were welcome and worked well . Very nice view from the 2nd floor dining area to the ocean about 2 blocks away . Walking along the sidewalk on Ocean St was a pleasure . That stretch is part of the Irish Riviera . We ate breakfast at the Hop Restaurant close by about 6 times . Good food and service there . Prices reasonable . A number of other very nice restaurants in the area. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Happy Hour VRBO . We have family in the area . Plan to stay there again . Parking easy and accessible . Great place .

Clean, comfortable, good location

We stayed for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. The place was clean, comfortable and as described. Walkable to a great breakfast place and the water. Would recommend!

This place is settled almost perfectly between Boston and Cape Cod. The surrounding bars and restaurants fit in to the beach-type atmosphere. It's not meant for a long term stay in my opinion but it's perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean when we walked in and we made sure it was cleaned when we walked out.

Great private place for 2 people. King size bed, , table by the window to view the ocean and a comfortable couch/tv area. We have a home few streets away and this was the perfect place to stay to check on our renovation project . No kitchen , but, breakfast-lunch-dinner is a short stroll away. It was a pleasure to meet Jack and his nephew when we checked in . We hope to stay again to check on construction progress .

Comfy and gracious

The hosts couldn’t be nicer and this cozy flat is just perfect. A block from the beach. An easy walk to a fine breakfast. I’d stay here again.
