The accommodation is as follows:
- Located on the ground floor of a three-storey house
- A 45 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 : with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair and baby cot (on request) and a barbecue.

Outside:
- An enclosed garden shared with the tenant on the 1st floor. Furniture to make the most of fine weather

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
