The host was extremely accommodating, and took care of any issues immediately. It was a nice spacious 3 bedroom home in an older Historic neighborhood. While there were people around the neighborhood, we never felt unsafe. It is very close to 7th avenue where all venues are, if that is your interest.

There is a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was fun to walk the area.

Best place in Ybor!

Had a beautiful stay here with my husband in the heart of Ybor city. Everything is walking distance. You can see Columbia restaurant from the house. A fantastic place to stay if you want to experience the cultural of Ybor. Tastefully decorated with all amenities that you will need. The hosts are fantastic and hospitality is top-notch. The best place to stay in Ybor!

Jorge is amazing and so are all his assistants!

Had an amazing stay at this property and decided to stay longer. Jorge and his assistants are receptive, kind and always make sure things are taken care of in a timely manner. The house had plenty of sheets and extra linens for guests. House was clean and tidy. I fell in love with the location and the ppl. I highly recommend others renting from Jorge, im very pleased 😀

No true. They loved the house and gave them excellent service, and we got on top of any repair that came up. We do not deserve one star. I request you change it.

Definitely not recommended for families

During our 5-week family stay, the hosts were very polite and quick to respond. However, this was not an enjoyable stay overall, and in the end, we couldn't wait to leave. The house is the closest house to a very busy street in Ybor District, and Friday and Saturday nights, loud thumping music from vehicles passing by or even parked right outside made it very difficult for the kids to go to sleep. The fridge was not cold enough, and milk/food was going off within about 3 days. There are not many utensils or kitchen items provided, but we made do. The bathroom door would not close properly etc. If you're a single person wanting to be close to all the action in Ybor District, this might work for you, but definitely not recommended for families.

Ybor Gem!

What an awesome house! I had Students that came to work with me for the summer who stayed here for a couple months. It is in the heart of Ybor and close to all the city has to offer. The students very much enjoyed staying here and I enjoyed visiting them. The front porch was great to people watch an it is a short walk to the free trolley that takes you to all the tourist spots. The owners were awesome and very attentive if we needed to contact them for anything. We would love to rent this property again in the future. Thank you so much for all the hospitality!

Pleasant stay with friendly hosts

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It's located in the heart of Ybor city and we enjoyed the night life in the area. The house is furnished well with nice eclectic pieces. The hosts were kind and friendly.

We would recommend it.

We needed a property that was pet friendly, close to Tampa General Hospital and relatively affordable, and this fit the bill. The location of the property was perfect, a very short drive to TGH in a fun and funky neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the Columbia Restaurant in historic Ybor City's 7th Avenue and 4 blocks from the free trolley that will take you to downtown Tampa. The neighbors were extremely friendly and neighborhood felt very safe even during the 3:00 am dog walks. The one downside of a busy neighborhood is that there is traffic noise. The house was comfortable and fit our needs, and we especially enjoyed the front porch. We were there for 3 months and some issues came up and they were dealt with in a timely manner. We had several suggestions for the property owners to make the place more comfortable for the next renters that were well received.
