The house includes a patio with trees, a beautiful living room with open kitchen all with a view of the infinity pool and the sea. 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a sea view and a view of the patio, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. A large terrace with lounges, deckchairs, and a breakfast lounge by the pool facing the view. The 15-meter private swimming pool can be heated although the area enjoys a mild climate throughout the year.

On the large beach of Sidi R'bat, you can fish in surf casting (very rich fauna), surf with Booba, the teacher for whom this part of the ocean has no secrets. You can go for horseback rides or camel rides. You can access the reserve on foot, by ATV or 4x4, in which you can observe a multitude of migratory birds (flamingos, scarlet ibis, bald ibis, marabous,...)

The geographical location of the house allows you to discover the colorful village of Aghroud 30 minutes away, the unique beach of Mirleft 1 hour 20 minutes, or the oasis of Tafraoute 2 hours 40 minutes inland.
