-Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; a $250 USD fine will be imposed. -Please remember that the pool is open: Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Wednesdays, it opens at 2:00 p.m. for maintenance. -Important notice regarding the use of keys and doors: In case of lost keys, or if any of the room doors are accidentally locked inside, it will be necessary to contact a locksmith. The cost of the service must be covered by the guest currently staying in the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in avoiding this type of inconvenience.

This 67-square-meter apartment features one king-size bed, one sofa bed, and a dining table with comfortable chairs and seating on the balcony. Apartment, pool, parking, and common areas (except sauna and jacuzzi) are included. Gym access is available at an additional cost (approximately 20,000 pesos per hour). Visitors are not allowed.

The Bocagrande (Big Mouth) area contains the bulk of the city's tourist facilities, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, to include El Laguito (The Little Lake) and Castillogrande (Big Castle), two neighborhoods. Bocagrande has long beaches and commercial activity found along Avenida San Martín

Transportation is easy to get on this part of Cartagena. BocaGrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. Lots of great restaurants, hotels, stores and only a 10 min drive to "La Amurallada" or the city center.
