Premier 1 bedroom unit with both that stunning direct open water bay view and a view of the pool off the balcony. Beautifully updated with modern Kitchen, bathroom, Tile floors, stone accent wall in the living room. New King size in the bedroom with that stunning bay view, plus a pull out couch in the living room. The perfect place to lounge and enjoy your days!

The Space
The condominium is right on the bay with two pools (one heated), a beach area, workout room, game room, community room, fabulous sunsets and friendly residential atmosphere. Safe and secure gated community with elevator access.

Features/Location Description
Summer Sea is a multi-story residential waterfront condominium with a friendly atmosphere with on-site management. The perfect place to spend your vacation. This condominium is on Plantation Key just north of the famous Marker 88 Restaurant, a 5-star gourmet restaurant with outside bar. Four restaurants within walking distance. The complex is located at mile marker 88.5 which is within The Village of Islamorada. With an abundance of community areas such as a beautiful sandy area and lots of space to stretch, large, shared kitchen/entertaining area, game rooms, a gym, beach, 2 pools (one heated), laundry rooms etc.
28-day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking.
Florida Lease required. application and background check performed by the condominium is required. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5-day notice, and their $200 fee is nonrefundable. Please note that a $1,500 security deposit will be HELD against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to cover costs. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. Feel free to inquire for all details.

Beautiful Direct Bayside View Condo with Pool and Balcony

This Bayside Condo has amazing water views and sunsets! The condo was recently updated with a new kitchen and furniture throughout. It was equipped with all the essentials! Jonelle is a great person to work with in locating a rental for you. We recommend Summer Seas Condominium. The owners and renters were a very friendly group. Thank you for making our Keys vacation a delightful and memorable experience!!

Comfortable and relaxing

This apartment was very well organized and the layout is open and easy to live in. It was adequately furnished without having a lot of unnecessary furniture and nic-naks to deal with, which to us made it more comfortable. The only problem was the view from the balcony was so beautiful and tranquil, that we did not go out enough to do the things we had planned to do. Just reading and relaxing on the balcony became an easy first choice many days. The whole condominium complex is well maintained and has all the necessary amenities, so it is a great place to stay and relax. If there are any problems, Jonelle is there to handle them for you. We will be coming back.

Summer Seas 317

The view is beautiful from condo #317. Jonelle was very prompt responding to questions & made check-in/out simple. The kitchen, including appliances are VERY outdated as well as most of the furniture. With that being said, it still had everything we needed & all appliances work well. We enjoyed our stay.
