Residence: Come and enjoy a relaxing break in a preserved natural setting of nearly 19 hectares in the heart of an exceptional site, Arcachon Bay. Bar restaurant, bike rental, automatic laundry, linen rental, Heated pools and Jacuzzi, evenings, sport activities,mini-farm, kids club... Dune of Pyla, Arcachon, Cap Ferret, La Teste-de-Buch, Bordeaux... Mérignac/Bordeaux Airport: 55km Teste railway station: 7km Arcachon town: 13km Latitude: N: 44.6044514 Longitude: E: -1.1110246



Accommodation: 2 separate bedrooms : 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm. Duvets and pillows provided. Sheets and household linen not provided.   Living room with dining area. Electric heater. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi included. Open-plan kitchen with large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate WC. Outside : garden furniture (1 table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs) on 15m2 semi-covered wooden terrace. 

A deposit of 350 euros will be required on arrival (by cheque or bank transfer). This will not be cashed and will be used as a deposit for the accommodation and cleaning.

We accept pets under these conditions : a dog weighing up to 20 kg, not in category 1 or 2, costs €7/day.
