🐾 Pet Policy (Please see below for more details and excluded breeds based on insurance)
Up to 2 dogs (no cats) – $200 per dog per stay
Dogs must be crated if left alone
No dogs on furniture or beds
Guests must clean up after pets & follow all leash and noise rules

Excluded breeds: Akita, Alaskan malamute, American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Caucasian shepherd, Chow chow, Doberman pinscher, German shepherd, Great Dane, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian husky, Staffordshire bull terrier, Wolf hybrid

Pet Addendum:
To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms:

★ The dog is under 50lbs and is at least 1 year old
★ Dogs are housebroken and up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations
★ Guests will keep their dog(s) under control at all times
★ Guests will promptly report any damage caused by the dog(s)
★ Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home
★ Guests agree to pay any costs for damage by the dog(s), in excess of the security deposit
★ If damage has not been reported by the guest, but is found by the owner/agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
★ Heartworm preventative is highly recommended
★ Guests will adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements
★ Guests will clean up after their dog(s) and dispose of their waste promptly
★ Guests agree to keep their dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
★ No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer
