Single Family Beach Home

Spacious single family home in the quiet south end of Ocean City. One block from the beach. Enough space for the whole family with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, an enclosed outdoor shower, and 5 decks including an upper-level deck with some ocean and bay views. Plenty of secure storage space in the private garage. After enjoying the beach and boardwalk spread out throughout the multi-level house with plenty of entertaining space! Entertainment includes 3 Smart TVs with YouTube TV. You'll love everything this home and town have to offer!

Week away from real life

The place was beautiful and at a great location for the beach. The steps were overwhelming but we managed to get used to 'climbing' - both up and down. Not your fault, but the throw rugs in the bathrooms were filthy - might want to have your cleaning crew throw them in the washer while they are doing other things around the house. 2 of the trash cans were not emptied and the trash cans outside were overflowing. A third trash can would have eliminated that problem. The sign on the fridge says trash is picked up on Wednesday; fortunately for us they came Monday. We had a difficult time with the TV's in both living rooms - perhaps some instructions on how to use them would be helpful - not a show stopper, but would have liked to use them during our 'down time'. I mention all this so the home owners know what we experienced and can make the necessary corrections. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you.

Great time was had by all.

Set us for us was better then expected. Loved the 2 seating areas and the master bedroom separate from the other bedrooms.

Perfect multi-family home

This is a very unique home. With 3 bedrooms up a short rise, they have their own living room, porch, bathrooms and kitchenette area! Continuing up is a comfortable living room, kitchen and large master bedroom. What really struck me was how you could have privacy in multiple areas of the home.

We like the main level of the house, it is very big and has a lot of natural light. The house’ stairs aren’t practical.

Peaceful attitude adjustment

As advertised, easy check in. South end of the island, great location for peace and quiet after the summer rush. Three houses to the beach. Just have to be able to handle stairs.

Simply wonderful!

Excellent hosts! Extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. House is located in a great area, just one block to the beach. House is great. There are 5 of us that went. We could be together when we wanted and seperate when we wanted. Everything was wonderful. Best part of the house is this beautiful living room table, it's a huge square. We made a giant charcuterie board on it for our daughters birthday celebration. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Plenty of seating! Lots of steps but that just means you can eat more!
