The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee machine for ground coffee, etc.
- One bedroom (facing the courtyard) with two single beds
- A second bedroom (on the street) with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a glass roof equipped with a blackout curtain.
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A long (east-facing) balcony overlooking the market square, furnished with furniture to make the most of sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, right in the center of town, with local shops: bakery, pizzeria, ice-cream parlour, brewery, pharmacy, greengrocer, fashion and home decoration boutiques.
