Take in a view of the shared pool and a distant view of the Gulf from your private corner-style balcony! Bright, homey touches make this condo a great spot for families and groups looking to unwind. You'll be able to enjoy access to luxurious shared amenities during your stay, including shared pools, a fitness room, and a tennis court. But while you're relaxing in this condo, you'll have access to a private full kitchen complete with full-size appliances and a breakfast bar. A private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's swimsuits and towels. Younger guests will love the bunk beds built into the wall, arranged with an en suite bathroom so everyone can wind down in their own space. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable as you make plans to head to the beach.

We had a awesome time loved the pool area. Some of the staff at the front desk and bar could have been a little more friendly but overall it was nice.

Good Deal!

For the price, this was a great stay! The Palms of Destin pool is amazing when it’s open, however they were overly cautious closing it for weather that wasn’t directly effecting the area.

Best Bang for our Buck

The Palms of Destin is close to everything we enjoy visiting. While it isn't directly on the beach, you can take a shuttle or just drive across the road to public beach access. It has a beautiful lagoon pool and nice fitness center which our family appreciated and enjoyed. Our unit was very nice with modern updates. Customer service was top notch as we arrived to the area early, and they allowed us to check-in a few hours early at no extra charge. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful property

The room was double booked.We received text saying room was ready but front desk wouldn't let us in. It was very frustrating after traveling all day. The patio furniture was inside the living room so someone had to come and remove it and clean the toilets. The bedding was very scratchy and smelled of bleach the entire week. Thw property is beautiful and well maintainws.

LOVED IT!!

Perfect!! It had everything you could possibly think of needing!! Very spacious and super clean!! No problems at all!! Perfect location and easy to get in and out!! Will stay again!!

It was okay

The bunks did not have the TVs working like they said and the floor is getting warped in that room but other than that it was a great property and we were only in the room to sleep.

Good condo poor host

Vacasa is most unfriendly unhelpful host. Their website and app are horrible. It looks like they have monopolized most of Destin therefore can charge whatever fees they want despit how unreasonable they are. Horrible company. Will never use again.

Relaxing

Hello, we enjoyed the stay. I thought I booked a beach front, not a beach view, but we still had a good time. The room had an odd smell that we discovered was coming from the sink. We were able to run some water down the sink and it helped the smell that had overtaken the front area. Other than that, the space was nice and we enjoyed the stay.

Disappointing

There were several issues with the condo. Floor bubbles up in multiple places, shower handle would not stay on shower, batteries were not in remotes, bottom bunk did not have a tv as advertised and we were locked out of our condo twice due to the code we were given somehow changing from one day to the next. The condo wasn’t terrible but I certainly would not choose to stay here again.

Room 1805

The room has a good view of the pool area and amenities. The room is on the 8th floor so you have a view of the gulf (keep in mind not beach front). Great location! 3 beaches close by 5 minutes driving. I would not walk. As far as the room. The tv at the lower bunk was missing, The tv in the living room did not work at all. The sofa bed when pulled out had crumbs, dirt and pecans in it with dirty sheets, the master bedroom had dirty pillow cases. The hotel compensated me $83 for washing the sheets, later found out 2 pillows had dye stains or something on it after sleeping on it. Microwave works well and heats up food excellent but is not installed properly or its could possibly be broken. Vacasa did give me late check out for the missing and btoken tv. The free late check out was good but not enough because we could watch tv as planned. Oh tv at top bump has low volume. The bedroom doors do not close only flip and slide doors for both room. Parking is good on the east tower. Vacasa is a good family spot but need to improve a few things. The pools and everything was open, clean, and uncrowed. The walk bridge the pool was closed. Great Location

Lies

The floor was disgusting and not even clean. The TV in the kids bottom bunk had been ripped off the wall and missing (The main reason we booked this room). There were roaches crawling all over outside. The mushroom pool was always freezing so the kids wouldn't even get in it. The diner tasted and looked like sams club frozen foods but was at least $17 a plate and the alcoholic drinks barely tasted like they had alcohol in them (oh and when mine was being made the bartender broke a glass bottle of alcohol and picked it up and didn't wipe his hands or anything before touching the fruit he put in my drink 😳). We will never be back to this resort especially this room.

TV in front room not working. Couldn’t connect to WiFi.

I called 1st day and they sent someone out to look at the issue. I was told they would have it fixed soon and refunded $25 dollars. The TV wouldn’t scan to find Wi-Fi and they cable was not hooked up/ broken coax cable. I reported that the 1st day as well. We couldn’t even watch a movie together as a family when it was pouring for hours outside. I called 2 more times checking in and was told that it was fixed I had to explain myself all over again each time. I was told not to worry about the Cox remote use Roku remote. I tried explaining that the TV wouldn’t scan. I told them Cox remote is what was working on the only TV in the Condo that was work. Bedroom with king bed was only tv that could be watched and it was Cox’s cable. We stayed 5 days I called 3 times and nothing changed. It rained for hours 4 of the days so my kids just sat on the phones which is what I was trying to avoid but I couldn’t just expect them to set and stare at each other. The Condo it’s self was great, no issues with it just the tv’s in front room and 2nd bedroom not working that’s why I gave 4 stars.

Great unit for our short stay!

This unit was freshly updated from the pictures which was a welcome surprise!!! New Vinyl flooring, furniture painted a bright white, shiplap feature wall added, new decor etc. Very clean!!! The patio furniture was in great condition and very comfortable, as were the beds. Areas for improvement, but not a deal breaker for future trips: TVs - They could use some work/updating. The bottom bunk had a broken screen, the top bunk had no audio and the main living area would not connect to anything. Unfortunately, cable maintenance doesn’t work over the weekends which is no fault of the property management. Valarie, with Vacasa, was very responsive and communicative with follow up!!! Hot Water - It does not last long at all and makes the deep tub in the master impossible to use as a hot bath, but sufficient otherwise. Dryer - You have to run the dryer twice to dry any laundry. Could be a simple fix. Because we were there for such a short stay over the weekend, it wasn’t worth calling to fix. Only issue with the resort was that the spa rules are misleading… it says “Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult”. Directly followed by “Children under 12 not allowed”. These statements contradict each other. When it is 55 degrees out, it would be nice for children to be able to use the hot tub (with an adult) during certain hours and if they are respectful (no splashing, etc.). Just my opinion though. Other than that, everything was great and perfect for our family! We would definitely book this unit again!!!

Location isn’t bad

Although this condo isn’t right on the beach it’s still in a good location. Carpet could use a replacement and the microwave needs replaced but overall our stay met it’s purpose

Good Spot

This unit was clean & quiet. Not too far from the beach. Parking and entering the building was easy and safe. No wifi, but other than that I had everything I needed.
