"December Cottage" is located on the popular East End of Holden Beach, resting directly on the ocean's edge, with a private walkway to the beach. This delightful cottage is spacious and bright, with a beautiful oceanfront sunroom, comfortably furnished and perfect for relaxing and gazing out at the sparkling Atlantic Ocean! You will adore the unique pieces of furniture and décor throughout this home! The living room is filled with comfortable furniture and a large flat screen tv. The family chef will love the well stocked kitchen, complete with everything necessary to prepare homecooked meals. The dining table is large enough for everyone to gather together to eat homecooked meals or enjoy family game night, all while making memories that will last a lifetime!

With the convenience of one level, "December Cottage" will accommodate up to 6 guests. Bedroom #1 is complete with a King size bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, while Bedroom #3 is complete with 2 Twin beds. Enjoy watching glorious Holden Beach sunrises and sunsets from the oceanfront sundeck. Take a walk on the beach to search for your favorite seashells, or do some surf fishing right in front of the house. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. Walk to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner with live music, or join the crowd under the bridge for the free Sunday evening summer concerts. With all that it has to offer, "December Cottage" will definitely be your favorite Holden Beach vacation spot! *Please note that this house DOES now have a washer & dryer.*
