Enjoy this luxurious oasis with large spaces and utmost elegance. Located in a quiet neighbourhood just 8 minutes from the strip, this home will bring you the privacy and relaxation you need after a day of activities. It's a one level ranch style home with a master bedroom with ensuite and his/her closet, a double bedroom with with private ensuite, and two additional bedrooms, all with premium bedding and TVs. The amenities include a multi room music system, exercise equipment, Bosch appliances, Weber grill, electronic bidets and EV charger. In the backyard you will find a heated pool, hot tub, natural grass, large trees, a putting green, basketball area, ping pong table, mist system, water fountain, multiple lounge areas, and a large table, among the many features. In addition, we provide folding bed and air mattress.
Pool heating in winter season (November 15 to March 15) is optional for $60 activation + $30/day (charged for the entire stay). Th rest of the year the pool heating is included. The spa heating is also complementary all year round.

I live in Toronto, Canada and I love visiting my house in Las Vegas. I'm an avid mountain biker, and the trails around Las Vegas are simple amazing, great for hiking and biking, from beginner to expert. The views are breathtaking. I love the contrast of the busy life in the strip and the the surreal silence and beauty of the mountains.
