Bastide with swimming pool & vineyards

1870 Provence Bastide sitting in the middle of vineyards and olive trees, with a swimming pool and a comfortable shaded garden, aside from the frantic agitation of coastal cities yet within a short driving distance from the beaches (7kms from Les Lecques), typical medieval provencal villages (Le Castellet / La Cadière) and the Paul Ricard French Grand Prix circuit (10 kms).

This house is our home and family house, it is decorated in a simple and classical fashion.
The Bastide is surounded by vineyard and is situated in the midst of the Bandol wine production region.

The house with approximately 300 m2 is organised in 2 aisles connected by a central kitchen.
With its 6 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms, it is very suitable for family holidays or to accommodate 2 couples with children.
It is spacious and has as well a living room, a dining room, a beautiful kitchen.

The Bastide's thick walls preserve fresh inside spaces for the warmest hours of the day.
Its shaded garden and terrace, planted with oleanders and cypresses and equipped with barbecue, usually hosts our aperitives and meals.
There are several dining and relaxation areas outside.

For kids, you have a trampoline and a ping pong table

The swimming pool is secured with a surrounding fence.

Bedsheets and bathroom towels are provided.
