Cocoonr is offering this charming, peaceful holiday home surrounded by nature for rent in the village of Le Martinet in the Cévennes. Nestled in the forest, with superb views of the mountains, it features an above-ground swimming pool. With a floor area of 75 m², the house can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a cosy 30 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of approximately 750 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV and fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A shower room
- A separate toilet - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200), excellent bedding with a mattress topper.
- Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180×200) situated on a slightly lower level. Excellent bedding with a mattress topper.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: two air-conditioning units, a washing machine, a cot, a fan, an iron and inflatable paddleboards.

Outdoors:
- A private, unheated above-ground swimming pool (4.12 m x 2 m x 1.22 m), open from 15 May to 15 September.
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 750 m² with a sandy beach area for relaxing
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days, as well as awnings to provide shade and coolness.
- Direct, private access to the Cévennes forest surrounding the house.

The house is ideally situated in Le Martinet, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Situated in the Cévennes region of the Gard, the house offers a wealth of activities and exceptional sites to discover within about an hour’s drive: the Château de Portes, Anduze and its bamboo grove, the Musée du Désert, the Pont du Gard, Uzès, the Ardèche Gorges, a walk in Les Concluses…
- Numerous walking trails
- Mountain bike trails
- Canoeing in the Ardèche Gorges or on the Gardon
- Stand-up paddleboarding on the surrounding rivers or Lake Camboux
- The Mediterranean and its beaches are also just 1 hour 30 minutes from the house

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

- Nearest airport: Nîmes Grande Provence Méditerranée, approximately 1 hour 10 minutes’ drive away

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions
