You'll be 20 minutes' drive from the Pointe de La Torche, and in season you can take the Petit Bac across the River Odet to Bénodet.

Set in 850m² of land, this villa comprises a large entrance hall, a large lounge, an office and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a 90m² south-facing wooden terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, 2 shower rooms with walk-in showers and 3 WCs.
All bedrooms have 160 cm electric beds.
A master bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a bedroom, bathroom and WC.

Tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die zu einem erholsamen Urlaub beitragen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Wenige Meter zu Fuß zu einem wunderschönen sauberen Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert, da man wirklich die Natur genießen kann und auch entspannen kann. Der Ort ist sehr nett, tolle Restaurants und auch ein paar Geschäfte für den alltäglichen Bedarf.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Fitnessbereich mit Matten und Hanteln, den man nutzen darf und eine Tischtennisplatte im Hof. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig und der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad in 3 Minuten erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere schöne Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

Courant juillet nous sommes revenus avec plaisir dans cette très jolie maison moderne, spacieuse, et si agréable à vivre sur ce beau jardin. Calme et sérénité près d'une superbe plage de sable fin. On ne se lasse pas de retrouver le petit port de Sainte-Marine et ses restaurants. Gil

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und nah am Strand. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten, in dem man gerne Zeit verbringt. Alles und ein bisschen mehr ist vorhanden, so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Sehr sympathische Vermieter und Verwalter. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Sejour très agréable en famille à Sainte-Marine

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans cette belle maison, proche de la plage, calme, très bien équipée et joliement décorée. Le port et ses commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied. Le jacuzzi extérieur est un plus, tout comme le terrain de boules.
