LThe "Les Chênes Verts" apartment on the ground floor has a terrace with sea views. It is located on a family estate, Domaine Savelli, a 9,000 m² wooded property, 1.5 km from the sea, with private parking.
This cottage enjoys a prime location: it is approximately 1.5 km from fine sandy beaches and at the same time enjoys a rural setting, as it is nestled in the heart of a 9,000 m² wooded property, facing the sea, on a hillside, offering sea views.
We also produce organic citrus fruits in our orchard, which we can show you around.

Close to all amenities, less than 1 km from L'Île Rousse and 22 km from Calvi, in Haute-Corse, you can easily explore this beautiful and renowned micro-region that is Balagne. You will discover fine sandy beaches bathed in turquoise blue water. You'll experience the soul of the Balanin villages by wandering through their narrow streets and discovering their architecture and artisans. The "intervillage" trail passes close to the property. Back at the cottage, you can admire the sunsets over the sea.

On a wooded and gated property (with a coded entry gate), this cottage is on the ground floor of a building that includes one adjoining cottage and two ground-floor apartments (separate entrance) (separate terrace, parking).
It is composed as follows:
Living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and private bathroom/toilet, 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm twin beds with sea view, 1 bathroom/toilet.
