Poor condition

The furniture is very poor and uncomfortable. The floor covering is strange and rough on feet. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom is very old and unacceptable for comfortable sleeping. No place to hang clothes in 2nd bedroom. The age of property/windows allows a lot of street noise in. Excessive room deodorizer was unappealing.

Convenient location - great communication!

As advertised! Perfect location as our event was at Holt Arena at Idaho State University. Only a few minutes drive. Also across Caldwell park. Property manager was quick to reply to questions and was really nice.

Bigger than it looks

This was a great stay for us. Easy to check in. Easy to find. The place was way bigger and more comfortable than we expected which was nice. Some of the little things have gotten overlooked (cleaning the cieling fans) but its stuff that had no impact on our stay. Overall it was a great stay in a great place.

Not clean

The overall level of cleanliness was low. The bathrooms were very clean but the bedding was not. The cabinets in the kitchen were also grimy and there were spills down some of the cabinets. Notified property manager of sheet situation, she assured me the sheets had been changed. She asked me to send pictures. Tried to send pictures over the VRBO messenger, but there is no way do that. Sent pictures to her phone number, but no response. We will not rent this property again.

Liked the location near Idaho State University, nearby brewery, close to I-15, plenty of utensils for cooking, spices available, half bath in addition to a full-size bath, comfortable beds, everything was very clean.
