The beds were comfortable but it is an outdated house and could use some updates! The house was not stocked with any extra toilet paper, as we ran out within 24 hours of being there and had to go buy our own. No measuring cups and limited kitchen bowls/pans. There were plenty of beds for everyone and two sitting areas (three if you count the garage). Great location, a very short drive (could walk if you weren’t taking a lot of chairs/coolers/bags) and the host was quick to respond to messages!

Great location

It was a great place for our family to stay for a wedding we had in Holland. It was awesome to be so close to the beach that we could walk too with the kids!

Great location if you like the beach.

A nice beach is a very short walk from the house. Nice house, surrounded by woods.

Nice week near the lake

This is a really nice place. Short walk to a small public beach, short drive to Holland or Grand Haven. Kids and adults slept well and the hang out spaces indoors and out are really comfortable.

What a great property. There are acres of gorgeous pine woods. It was a nice walk down to the park for access to the county beach. Comfortable beds and room for everyone. We are definitely planning a return visit. Just a note. The basement room has 2 bunk beds totalling 4 single spots. We misread that due to the icons showing 4 sets of bunks.

Relaxing weekend

Had a fun relaxing weekend with family. Great location that was a 5-10 minute walk away from a beautiful beach and park. It was very secluded and quiet back in the pine trees off the road. We had some water heater trouble when we got there but got it fixed in the morning. Luckily they had another building a short walk through the woods with an apartment we could shower in until it got repaired. Overall good stay

Great location

Our large family group had an enjoyable time at the property. We did have some frustration with the kitchen - there are a lot of skillets, but was short of some of the items we could have used. If I were to stay there again I would bring a 9x13 pan. Fortunately I picked up some disposable leftover containers to take along for when we had leftovers, there was a cabinet with lids and containers but none matched. We probably would use this property in the future if we needed to return to the area, I'd just be better prepared. The walk to Kouw Park is quick and the beach and small play area were nice.

Family Vacation 6 Adults & 6 Kids

House was a little disappointing. Listing of beds wasn't accurate for 2 of the rooms. Kitchen sink leaked constantly & some cabinets were broken & insides not clean. It was not well stocked with kitchen items that would have been useful. Hot water heater is not sufficient for the number of guests allowed. Ice maker did not work & fridge not very clean. House in general is not well maintained, inside and out. In ground trampoline & swing set was a bonus for the 6 kids but both are in need of repairs. With several repairs to the house and some updates the house could be a really nice place. Just in general it isn't well organized or maintained. 2.2.queen bed bunk beds in 1
