This semi-detached house can accommodate up to eight people and an additional infant, a living area of 120 sqm, enough space. The house was completed in November 2015 and is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Rerik, this consists of new buildings House. From the German Tourism the house has been certified with 5 stars.
The entrance door open with your individual access code to the outside, so just get into the house.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining room with a comfortable leather seating, fireplace and a large dining area for eight people and a high-quality, fully fitted kitchen. From the living / dining room leads to the large terrace. Additionally, there is a large shower room with sauna. If you just should not be on the road, you can enjoy from the living area satellite TV or a good movie on DVD. If you prefer music, which is a stereo system with radio / CD and iPod and USB port available. Or relax in front of the stove and enjoy the crackling of the fire. This allows you to indulge your culinary hobby while on holiday, you have a modern, fully equipped and spacious kitchen available. It offers a large refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, superscript oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. The modern bathroom consists of a sauna, floor-level shower, toilet and a sink. About a double wing door opens after the sauna to fresh sea air.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), two bedside tables, two stools, wardrobe and satellite TV. The third sheep room has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), two bedside shelves, two stools, a sideboard and satellite TV. All beds have adjustable frames, high quality mattresses and have a comfortable height. You will also find a nice spa to relax with a bath, walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin and hairdryer. For our younger guests we have equipped the stairs to the EC and the loft with a security door.
The upgraded loft is the ideal place for your children. There, our berths corner with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), desk and wardrobe and a lounging area with two bean bags, TV board and TV-SAT.
Two parking spaces are consecutively available behind could possibly even an additional vehicle to be parked. If you've brought your own bike or rent a bike, you can accommodate in a lockable bike shed.
Terrace: The large garden table with seating for eight people invites you to a sociable barbecue.
The garden is fenced with wire mesh fence (height 80 cm).
The house is ideal for families with children, Generation, vacation with friends or colleagues, but also for peace-seeking couples. The quality and stylish interior will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Ground floor and first floor are fully tiled, the loft is covered with vinyl. For small children a travel cot and a highchair available. Children crockery and cutlery are also part of the inventory.
Dogs are welcome. Home textiles, bed and all beds are however limits to the dogs.
In addition is a washing machine available. Each bedroom has mosquito screens and blackout. A safe is located in one of the bedrooms.
Charcoal and open fires and fireworks are not allowed because of the fire hazard of thatched roofs. An electric grill is in the bike shed available.
