Once you step through the front door of this luxurious, single-level home, you'll slip into vacation mode in no time. With high ceilings, loads of windows welcoming in plenty of sunshine, and gorgeous tiled floors throughout, this wonderful home is sure to be the highlight of your next getaway to Naples. Visiting chefs will love the full, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, while meals can be enjoyed together at the two indoor tables or outside in the screened- sunroom. This home includes two distinct and very comfortable indoor living areas, including one at the rear of the house with an electric fireplace, cable-equipped TV, and access to the lanai and your sparkling, private pool and grilling area. As for sleeping options, this home offers four cozy rooms, two of which include en suite bathrooms. A sofa bed adds another option.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is available seasonally from Oct. 1st through May 1st.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Two active exterior security cameras record 24/7, including a Ring doorbell camera that records sound and is right by the side door and a camera that faces the driveway. There are two disabled cameras inside both living areas that face the wall.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
