THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is available seasonally from Oct. 1st through May 1st.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Two active exterior security cameras record 24/7, including a Ring doorbell camera that records sound and is right by the side door and a camera that faces the driveway. There are two disabled cameras inside both living areas that face the wall.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Good house

The house is very nice, it has a very good distribution, the rooms are equipped, BBQ perfect. The house lacked cleanliness, the pool floor has holes that can be dangerous, the pool lacks maintenance, there was no water flow, it has no lighting in the pool area and on the barbecue.

Property manager abysmal

The sunroom and pool areas were not cleaned (trash, underwear, beer can left lying around, dirt not swept, heavy dust on tables). After initial text with property manager they stopped responding to any of our messages.

Enjoyable time, comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay, the pool was great although the patio around the pool needed to be hosed down due to spider webs and leaves. The house was comfortable. Bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen was great. The location of the home was misleading as it says 1 mile to beach. You def need a car to get to the public beaches (Vanderbilt and Wiggins Pass), which are off 41. We purchased and left umbrellas and a few chairs for the beach although the house had 3 chairs. Overall a nice vacation.

Great location

My family stayed at this property over spring break. The home itself is spacious, and has a great layout. It’s on a quiet street, that is close to shopping, Vanderbilt beach, and plenty of restaurants. Although we enjoyed the home, it needs some basic maintenance. We arrived to find a broken toilet, a mirror missing in the bathroom, and no air conditioning. The pool area was dirty, as well as the pool itself. We also had to clean the grill, before it was used. Although these issues were extremely annoying, the management company did a good job resolving the problems. Overall, the home was clean, but it could definitely benefit from some attention.

Florida Vacation

This home is a perfect vacation get away. Plenty of bedrooms, space to relax and a screened in pool and porch. The kids and adults all enjoyed it immensely and would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed our visit. The only problem was the TV and fans didn't have batteries so they cold be turned on.

Vacasa staff were very responsive to any issues. Great service! The house had a nice layout but it was not exactly what We expected from the photos. Good location to get to the beach and shopping. Quiet street. No beach towels or beach chairs. The bed linens and towels were old. Not comfortable at all. The overall experience was not what we expected for $4000 a week. Overall We Enjoyed our stay there and would rent again. The local staff made the stay more enjoyable by taking care of any problems that came up.

Little let down. And no follow up from the management company

When we arrived we were able to get into the property easily and comfortably. As we were all excited to jump into the pool, we come to realize that the pool was not heated as were requested 4 days in advance. We called the management company to find out why the pool heat was not turned on. The customer service agent apologized and promised someone would come out the next day to assess the situation. The next day no call ever came. At 3pm I called back and a different customer service agent called and said that the maintenance Dept called and said that the pool needs to be filled with more water and that why the heater was not working!!!! That was frustrating because I could of gotten a call in the morning and started filling the pool up so we could enjoy the pool. They also said that I would get a call back and they would workout a compensation with me and never recieved a call back again. Also to add to the complaint on the first day we arrived, some of the guest wanted to take a shower and the hot water was not working because the hot water heater was shut off. And the garage can was full inside the house so I went to take it outside to the garage and that was full as well. Other than that the house was a beautiful cozy home. And these issues well silly things that could of been addressed by the management company and they have been dropping the ball. Unfortunately it’s the small things that count to have a good experience!

Great Property , not so good management company

The property is amazing. Beautiful open concept and modern style . I went with my family for a weekend and when we got there we fell in love with the house until we saw the pool. The photos of the listing has nothing to do with the actual condition of the pool . The pool looked as it hasn't been cleaned in a while, the water was green and the walls and the floor where green as well. We contacted the management property several times and all they said was .. we will contact the local office and they will call you.. they never did until I asked for the local office and called my self,. The issue was fixed next day at 10:30 in the morning and we waited2 extra hours to wait for the quemicals to work , the pool was also broken on the floor . I believe this was unacceptable we lost 1 day of our stay and all they said was sorry, and some of the person I spoke to on the phone where very mean. I believe the house should have been ready when go got there it wasn't our responsibility to ask for pool cleaning. I also took pictures and videos of the pool to bad I can't post them with my comments. I don't know if I will be going again.
