Our Paradise Peak Lodge #11 has 6 bedrooms / 6.5 bathrooms with 5 king en-suites and 1 large Bunkroom en-suite. This modern farmhouse design is comfy, cozy and full of charm. The comfortable furniture will make you want to put up your feet and stay awhile. Located on the upper tier of the resort, this unit has a great lake view and is just a short walk to the main pool and amenities.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 20 total)
Best suited for 10 adults + 10 children. Base rate covers 16 guests; extra guest fees apply for 17–20 from May 22–Sept 20.

PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES
These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
