The cottage is arranged over two levels in a hamlet. Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (accessible via two steps) First floor: - Landing furnished as a relaxation area - 9m² sleeping area with a double bed (140x190cm), separated by a screen. - Bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) - Shower room with WC Outside: Enclosed garden with dining table, parasol, barbecue, and garden furniture. Bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards can be stored in a secure shed. One private parking space in front of the cottage. Unstable internet connection; fiber optic connection is being installed. The D114 departmental road leading to Rieux and Redon is close to the cottage. Imagine sleeping by the water, admiring the sunrise over the Vilaine, contemplating the horizon and the sailboats.
