Villas beach visit
The Little Beach House worked well for our family of 5 for our first visit to Villas, and was as described in the photos. The furniture was great, the sofa bed was comfortable, towels were cozy, and the AC kept everyone cool, though it didn’t work as well in the queen bedroom. The lack of supplies in the kitchen made it difficult to cook any meals without having to stock the fridge so we kept it very basic; we had to purchase toilet paper and all food items. There was roadwork happening all around the streets in the neighborhood which made driving very bumpy and it was loud when they were working in the morning, but it will look much better once the roads are paved. The location was steps away from the bay, making it easy to watch the beautiful sunsets, and take a morning walk, but wouldn’t recommend swimming in the water. It was a quick drive to Wildwood and Cape May to visit the beaches, shop, and eat. One of the beach umbrellas was broken, the host was super responsive and brought a new one over in a few minutes, saving us from having to rent one on the beach.
