Nestled in a tranquil setting just off Deer Valley Drive, Portico Place 10 is the perfect townhome for your next getaway, whether you're seeking a winter wonderland or a summer escape. Just a mile from Snow Park Lodge, you'll have access to fantastic dining, shopping, and effortless mountain adventures year-round. With a bus stop just a couple of blocks away, the free shuttle makes exploring the area a breeze, whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or enjoying outdoor activities in the warmer months.


This home offers three levels, 1,588 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests.


You will have a private entrance from the communal garage or can enter through the front door. Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the main level great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas — with this area featuring high ceilings and numerous windows bringing in light and views.


Living Room: The living room features comfortable leather furnishings, a 40” TV, and a cozy gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock front. This room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows providing massive amounts of natural light.


Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space offers modern appliances and stone counters.


Dining Room: Seating for up to six.

hot water heater was not sized to even run a bath of hot water. Master bedroom mattress was sunken in and needs replacement. Did not like the 3 stories of stairs to get up to top bedroom.Overall just very dated.

Perfect location!

This was a ski condo in the absolute perfect location to ski both mountains and walk to Main St. for dinner and drinks. We had such fun with our adult kids....three levels, so enough space for all of us. The furnishings are a bit dated, but the condo itself was absolutely spotless. We had a great trip.

Friends trip. Great location

A group of seven of us came to stay here for a long weekend. The location is super convenient, right across the street from the bus stop but also just a short walk (7 min) from Main Street. The house is great, warm with fireplace, lots of seating for group - but it’s important to note that the pull-out couch is located in one of the bedrooms.

Great Location Ski Property But.....

My wife and 3 sons stayed at the property in December, and have stayed in Park City numerous prior times, each time renting a home or condo. The location of this property is fantastic -- it is a short walk to the bus stop. A key issue though is the hill that one has to walk down from the house. It dumped snow while we were there, and the road was not regularly plowed. It was dangerous to walk down or up, and even while driving a Denali with 4WD, I had to back down the hill one night and could not get up it. The community there needs to have better plowing during snow days. The unit was comfortable, but really quite small given furniture which at times was jammed into various common areas. The bedrooms were nicely sized, clean, with clean linens. The main floor area had a tiny galley kitchen that really only one person could be in at a time. The living/dining room was too small given the size of the furniture there. LOTS of stairs (4 flights from the garage level to the upper bedroom). The unit itself is in need of updating. Torn carpet on the stairs leading to the garage, insufficient storage for skiis, boots, helmets, etc. We had a nice time but it seemed as if the owners renovated years ago but have done little sense then, and the value for price paid is at the lower end compared to other properties we have stayed in. We. had to call to get the gas stove fixed and the hot tub was only partially full of water. Those issues were taken care of quickly, but one shouldn't really have to do that upon checking in. The best thing about this property is the location. You can walk to PC shops and also hop on the bus to DV or PC. That made the stay. You won't want to spend much time in the property while awake.

Great location - cozy home

Great place, comfy beds, and great location. It’s was perfect for our family of 5 but have to say….pictures makes it look bigger. The kitchen was well stocked but not one bit of spices, or any other cooking staples. May be something the owner or property manager could add for future guest
