Immaculate Spacious Townhome - in Goodyear

Our property is located in a quiet gated community, centrally located to all of the sporting events, hiking, lakes, golf courses, shopping, drinks and dining that Phoenix has to offer. Our townhome is a clean and comfortable 3 bedroom/3 bath with 9 foot ceilings throughout. 2 bedrooms upstairs are ensuite and all three bedrooms have Smart TVs. 65”,42” and 32” respectfully. We also have a queen inflatable mattress. Living room has L-shaped comfortable down-filled couch with a 75 inch TV. Dining area overlooks the living room. Ceiling fans in every room and separate climate control AC units upstairs and downstairs. Laundry in unit. Kitchen has granite countertops, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, griddle and all the dishes, glasses and utensils needed for your stay. The front patio has a small bar, BBQ and umbrella for shade. Access to pool, hot tub and gym less than 100 steps away from the front door as well as parking in the garage. Pool towels and games in the hall closet for your use. The townhome is located at the end of the walking path and is very quiet.
Situated just two blocks north of the I-10 with quick access to the 303 Loop and the 101 Loop, providing quick access to everything in the Phoenix area.

Clean, comfortable, perfect!
This was the perfect place for our visit to Arizona for Spring Training, NASCAR, golf and relaxation. Located in a quiet area and a decent distance from everything. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable and had all the amenities to make our stay feel like “home”. Our host was so friendly and expressed a genuine interest in our trip and made extra special efforts to share info that would make our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property!

Comfortable stay
We were very comfortable in this very well kept unit. It suited our needs very well and was convenient for all that we wanted to do in the Goodyear area.

Great home and wonderful place to stay away - home away from home.
We had a great visit and had a wonderful stay in their home. Our only issue was parking and often had to park on the other side of the complex (by the entrance). Visitor parking stayed pretty full and spots are limited. It was the week of Thanksgiving and we understood that.

We purchased our townhome in 2021 in Goodyear so we had a place to relax and explore all the beauty Arizona has to offer. We are at the golf course or at the lake daily if possible. We enjoy exploring brew pubs and taco stands in the area, as well as other locally owned establishments.
