Stay in the heart of Old Town Park City in a beautifully appointed single-family home with three king ensuite bedrooms, a private hot tub, and easy walking access to Main Street and skiing.

Designed for families, couples and friends traveling together, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four separate sleeping options: three king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, plus a queen Air Dream sleeper sofa in the lower-level entertainment room with its own adjacent private full bathroom.

This layout is especially well suited for groups traveling together, offering the privacy of three king ensuite bedrooms while also providing a comfortable fourth sleeping area for two additional guests.

After a day on the mountain, relax in the private hot tub, enjoy one of the two steam showers or the jetted tub, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace. The home also offers two separate living areas, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out and relax.

The main living level features a comfortable gathering space with a gas fireplace, dining area, well-appointed kitchen, half bathroom, and deck with a gas grill. The lower level includes a second entertainment room, the queen Air Dream sleeper sofa, its adjacent private full bathroom, and walk-out access to the hot tub.

Winter stays are made easier with a heated driveway and one-car garage, while the home’s prime Old Town location puts Main Street, restaurants, shopping, nightlife and Park City ski access within an easy walk.

The home is arranged over four levels, providing excellent separation and privacy for families or multiple couples traveling together. Guests should be comfortable using stairs between floors.

Our stay at this downtown Park City rental was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and just a short walk to both the slopes and fantastic restaurants. Second stay at this property

Great property roughly equidistant, short walk between the base of park city mountain (for ski school) and the town lift. Also a short walk to Main Street park city restaurants and shops. This was our second time staying at Janelle and George’s house with three generations. The house is extremely well maintained, and the hosts were super responsive once again. We hope to be back!

Christmas Ski Vacation for Family

Wonderful property. Able to walk to Park City Mountain and Main Street. Very convenient to everything. Well appointed with everything we needed. The hosts are thoughtful and always quick to respond to any questions. Our two sons and their wives enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the mountain. Look forward to a return trip.

Perfect!

Loved everything about the place! This was our first trip to park city and appreciated the great communication with the owners answering our many questions. The location was great. We had a few non-skiers in our group and the house was an easy walk into town. Very clear instructions on how to use the bus system and options for hitting the slopes. Because the bedrooms are all on different floors there was plenty of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, down to spices and tin foil. The only thing we needed to purchase was food! Definitely hoping to make a return trip.

Family ski vacation

Janelle was a fantastic host with a great house. The house was perfect for a multi-generational ski trip - <10 min walk to the base of Park City for ski school (less to a bus stop to drive you there), 5 minute walk to the town lift, great shops, coffee, etc. We had enough space to spread out (bedrooms each on a separate floor) and gather in a well appointed kitchen with high-end appliances. We had some questions to which Janelle responded immediately and she even reached out proactively when it snowed to make sure everything was okay (we got a ton of snow!). Highly recommend and looking forward to returning.

This house was perfect for my family. It was my wife and I and our 2 grown children and their spouses. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. The living room area and kitchen table are in the same area as the kitchen and made for enjoyable family time. 4 of us hit the slopes for 3 days and coming home to the private hot tub was perfect. The house is just a block off of the main part of old town and very easy to walk to dinner. I definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting PC. It is 4 levels, 1 bedroom on the same level as the front door, one bedroom upstairs, the kitchen and living area are one level down from the front door, and the final bedroom, media room, laundry and hot tub are all on the bottom level. If someone in your party has mobility issues I could see this potentially being a challenge to navigate but again perfect for my active family. George and Janelle were great with communication throughout the process and once we arrived answered questions very quickly. This is a high end house and I don't hesitate giving it 5 stars.

Spring Break Ski Trip - Deer Valley

Very well appointed home within walking distance of Main Street and all of its amenities. Easy access to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts. First time to rent a home in town and while we enjoyed the property and location one must recognize that the area requires a smaller footprint that accommodates the physical location. Photos are accurate but rooms are smaller than they appear and the location requires a lot of stairs so do not rent if you are uncomfortable with significant elevation change over small distances. Owners are responsive and easy to work with - would not hesitate to rent again when we are looking to stay in town.

For us, Old Town is what makes a Park City stay special. The home is tucked onto a charming residential street while still being close enough to walk to Park City Mountain Resort, ski lifts and Main Street.

We love being able to leave the car behind and walk to skiing, restaurants, shops, galleries and nightlife. Free local buses also make it easy to explore the rest of Park City and reach Deer Valley. It offers the combination we were looking for: a quieter neighborhood setting with the best of Park City just outside the door.

All three bedrooms have king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, giving three couples their own comfortable space and privacy. A fourth sleeping option in the lower-level entertainment room features a queen Air Dream sleeper sofa with its own adjacent full bathroom, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

After skiing, guests can unwind in the private hot tub, two steam showers or jetted tub, or relax around the gas fireplace. Two separate living areas provide space for everyone to spread out, while radiant floor heating, a heated driveway and a one-car garage make winter stays particularly comfortable.

What really sets the home apart is the combination of a private single-family residence, four separate sleeping options, 4.5 bathrooms, upscale amenities and a walkable Old Town location—providing both privacy at home and easy access to skiing and Main Street.

I especially like the last section because it directly answers why someone should choose your property over another Old Town 3-bedroom rather than just describing the house again.
