When you stay in a Sugar Beach condo, you’ll have access to one of Maui’s best beaches for strolling, sunning, and swimming right outside your door. Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay here! Clean unit, well stocked kitchen to make cooking a breeze, a nice lanai to hang out on and watch the whales! And for those that need to utilize the sofa bed, it was actually quite comfy (a pleasant surprise!). While you are a bit out of range for walking to all the Kihei restaurants, the off street parking, pool and grill area, and nice stretch of beach more than make up for it.

The perfect spot

This was our second stay in this unit; the last time was in 2019. It is well appointed, well maintained, and centrally located. You can’t beat the view.

Sun, Fun, Fantastic Accommodations

Sugar beach resort is an excellent location for fun son and a great Maui experience. Condo 225 after five previous visits to Sugar Beach resorts it’s a fantastic opportunity for first class accommodations. The Cassity is a great way to vacation without the hassle, knowing upfront what you get, what you pay, knowing if there’s a problem they’ll step in and resolve it. Going Vacassa is gives you a high probable peace of mind that you will have a good vacation

Perfect Ocean, Beach & Sunset Views !

The location was great. The condo itself was beautiful and perfect for a couple or couple with a small child. The views from the second you walked in were amazing. You could watch the ocean or watch a sunset inside the unit if you wanted. Super easy access to walk the beach too.

This property is A1. You will not be sorry you stayed here. It has everything you need plus a great location. Parking was not a problem, the view was great and the condo was exceptionally clean. I would certainly return .

THIS CONDO WAS EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE ASKED FOR. AS WE ARRIVED LATER IN THE EVENING, THE LITTLE GIFT PACK OF CHIPS, COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE SURE HIT THE SPOT. THIS CONDO WAS FULLY STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE GOING TO MAUI.(CONDO 225).

Amazing view and well stocked condo!

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach Resort 225! The view was incredible and just what we were hoping for, and we loved that we could just pop in the ocean for a swim whenever we wanted. The furnishings are great, the kitchen is beautiful and the condo had everything we needed (and more!). We made use of the beach chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards! We slept great - the main bed was comfy and the sofa bed was not bad for a sofa sleeper. The AC worked great and kept the condo comfortable on the hot days. We had a maintenance issue while we there and they were SUPER fast to respond and get everything fixed. We so appreciated the amazing customer service! The condo was spotless and we felt instantly at home. Thanks for amazing stay! We definitely hope to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!!

John & Carol (and Vacasa), Thank you for the incredible hospitality of this beautiful condo. The view from the balcony was stunning……we will never forget the sunsets (and the moonrises at nights) that we witnessed every night. The beach was beautiful and pool area was excellent. The only hiccup was a sticky flush of the toilet; it does not flush well with little water. As former contractor, I recommend a new gut replacement. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Perfectly Relaxing

Our North Kihei stay at this lovely apartment was surprisingly perfect! The unit was clean, well stocked, and had PERFECT sunset views! Sugar Beach also turned out to be one of our favorite beaches with a vast expanse of four miles! Just loved our daily walks here! Parking at the second floor unit was so easy with access to the upper garage level just around the corner. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Great location!

We had a great time at Sugar Beach Resort. Our oceanfront room was awesome with beautiful views. The condo was well stocked and provided needed supplies. My only complaints are that the floor was extremely dirty and caused our feet to be covered in dirt and black by the end of the day, so we had to wear socks while inside; a good cleaning of the floors would have been appreciated. There is also no ceiling fan in the bedroom. The AC in the main living area was great but sorely lacked in the bedroom which made the bedroom a bit stuffy at night, otherwise we had a great time! The location is fantastic!

The condo is well appointed with furniture and kitchen. Plenty of towels too. Spectacular view!! Pool and hot tub are very nice. Plenty of loungers too. The king bed with pillow top was too soft for my husband so he slept on the pullout bed. That would be a concern for anyone with back issues.

Great Kihei condo right on the beach!

We loved this spacious condo right on the beach. Although the weather was (surprisingly) less than ideal, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for meals and watching the ocean, great sunsets! Quick walk down one set of stairs and you're on the sand, fantastic! This condo is managed by Vacasa and we were a little nervous about dealing with a company vs. the condo owner directly, but all info was received in a timely manner before/during/after our stay, and they were very responsive to some questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Well equipped with best view

I loved so much about this place: the best view; well equipped kitchen; condo located near second floor parking; friendly return guests at the pool and lawn area; easy walk on the beach to ABC Store, bakery and farmers market; resort centrally located for easy driving to Makena, Paia, Kahului or West Maui; comfortable bed; clean; beach equipment such as chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and snorkel gear; quality bed linens; a/c that keeps place cool on a hot day; nice gift pack awaiting us upon arrival; and non-carpeted floors (always a plus for someone with allergies). We loved this place so much, that we booked it again for 10 days next winter. I have been visiting the state of Hawaii for 47 years, always looking for a good value for the price. Maui is the best and this condo is the one I want to return to each time I visit from now on.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

We come to Maui often, Sugar Beach specifically, and this unit was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed! The boogie boards and snorkel sets were added bonuses! The only unfortunate event was the bathroom light stopped working 2 days before our trip ended (there was a drip coming from the light fixture and the light was blinking when turned on, safety issue), which resulted in dark showers and dark bathroom use for 2 days. Vacasa didn’t stay in touch on the matter and that was a little unfortunate considering how expensive a trip to Maui is. Overall, it wasn’t a deal breaker and it didn’t ruin the trip just a little damper. The condo was beautiful, the view was stunning, and we had a great trip! We will be back to Sugar Beach in the future!

Absolutely perfect

The condo has everything you could possibly need. The lanai overlooked the beach with a sunset view for several of our nights! It was spotlessly clean and very, very comfortable!
