Lovingly updated and impeccably cared for, this cozy home offers a calm, welcoming retreat just minutes from Hyde Park, neighborhood cafes, dining, local shops, the Boise River Greenbelt, and river parks.
Inside, you’ll find warm mid-century touches, refinished hardwood floors, a comfortable living space, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities designed for both relaxation and remote work. Outside, enjoy fully fenced front and back yards, a furnished deck, and a peaceful garden setting — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring.

We had a great time here. A short drive to downtown and a 15 minutes all to Hyde Park. Also a 5 minute drive to Westside Drive Inn to have their world famous potato ice cream.

Home was just great! Nice neighborhood. Comfortable house with modern amenities. We would gladly stay here again.The host / hostess were great and prompt in reacting to questions. Bathroom and kitchen were very nice even the small things were thought of. Laundry was great to have since weve been traveling for a month. Thanks!!

This was such a GEM of a property. The hosts out did their selves, from the decor to the well equip kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and even the laundry room. The front and backyard were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Our fur babies enjoyed the gated front yard where they were able to sit with us and enjoy the birds, squirrels and even the wild turkeys that walked up and down the streets in the morning and evening.The property is in a great location, and we felt right at home.Thank you for the hospitality.Hope to visit again.

I work in higher education as a college instructor, and my husband, Joel, recently retired after 30 years of service as a Fire Captain in Vista, California. He now shares his experience as a paramedic instructor. We have two wonderful daughters and two adorable dogs who keep life full and fun.

When we’re not working, we love traveling, camping, discovering great coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time in places that feel special to us. North End Boise is one of those places. We fell in love with its beautiful tree-lined streets, welcoming community, and incredible local charm, and we hope to call it home full-time when we retire someday.

Until then, we’re happy to share a place we love with our guests and hope they enjoy the neighborhood and all that Boise has to offer as much as we do.

The area is peaceful, safe, and residential, with tree-lined streets and a relaxed pace that reflects the character of the 1940s homes throughout the neighborhood. We truly love living here and are confident you’ll love it too.
