So close to everything

The apartment was so close to everything and we were able to easily walk everywhere. It was fun hearing the city around us and even the opera/theater performance from across the river - we loved it! The apartment had everything we needed and the available washer/dryer were very appreciated. Our stay was in the summer, so it was very hot, even with the fans - that was the only detraction.

Excellent location

The location was excellent and gave us the sensation of truly experiencing the city. Our friends had the same apartment but on another floor and there were noticeable differences with amenities: we had no corkscrew, they had only one coffee capsule and we had five, we had four packets of body wash and they had only one. We also noticed a vague sewer odor as soon as we entered the ground floor door: it's not a pleasant first impression.

Right in the heart of Lucern

I came here with my sister and friend for a weekend stay. It was a wonderful location, and working with the management company was awesome! It’s perfect for 3 people. It was really clean. We enjoyed the shops all day and then came back to cook a meal and watch a movie night. For anyone who wants to cook in the unit, it is very minimally stocked. We also tried to connect to the smart tv but we couldn’t so had to watch a movie on an iPad which wasn’t super fun, but overall it was a great stay and we will be back! Thanks so much!

Very poor experience. I had issue after issue.

I was hounded by their property management staff for days while on my trip asking for payment even after payment had been made prior to our arrival. I had sent them evidence of this more than 4 times which they claimed they didn’t receive. An alarm went off in the early morning in the room and woke us up. When I called about it, they stated “it’s ok, it was only 30 seconds” with no regard for it waking us up. The consistent pestering calls emails and VRBO messages just took away from our entire stay. It was miserable. Did I mention we also rented from them in Zurich? It was a poor experience there. We couldn’t get into our room from a long international flight, because they had an issue with their lock system and the code changed and they didn’t inform us of the code until I called for hours after they were closed. When we finally got in they comped us a measly 100 chf for the inconvenience. It’s also ridiculously hot in the apartment and muggy. This isn’t the company to book with they don’t care for their customers.
