The residence offers you access to a sea-view swimming pool heated at the beginning (from May) and end of the season (from September to early November) with deckchairs and a children's beach.
2 petanque courts, 1 basketball court, 1 mini golf course, 1 children's playground.
Numerous coves and beaches accessible on foot or 5 min by car, restaurants on foot, numerous hikes right outside the residence.
The mini villa comprises
- entrance with cupboard,
- bedroom with 140x190cm bed (new mattress), radiator, cupboard and storage space, window with garden view,
- separate toilet,
- a shower room with spacious walk-in shower, vanity unit and illuminated mirror, hairdryer and radiator,
- a main room with:
an air-conditioned (reversible) relaxation area with a new convertible sofa bed, connected TV, wifi (surcharge €3/day), chiliennes, lounge furniture and access via the bay window to the garden terrace,
dining area with table and 4 chairs, window with garden view,
new, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, hood, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plenty of storage space....
- the terrace invites you to relax in 2 areas: one for convivial meals with a table and 4 chairs, a pergola and on the other side, a relaxation area with 2 deckchairs and an electric barbecue.
A welcome kit is provided at each rental entrance, including everything you need to get your stay off to a good start.
A welcome book with lots of information about the region and addresses will be at your disposal.
No smoking and pets accepted at extra cost if respectful and clean.
A key box is available for access to the accommodation. The code will be given to you on arrival.

A bakery service (pastries) is available every day from 7:30 to 8:15 for your breakfasts.
