Awesome condo. Clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Larry is a great host. Only downside is I didn’t realize you can’t use the pool at the W hotel. But there is the residence pool. Place is close to awesome restaurants. Highly recommend

Great location. Clean facility. Great views.Great restaurants - both large hotel restaurants and local restaurants one block from the beach. Great for walking and biking.

Family Getaway

Great location, super clean and great for small family vacation. Larry responded quickly to any questions or requests. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was fully equipped with the added bonuses included. Lots of extra towels, which is always appreciated. The only downside is the slower elevators, but that goes along with Spring Break timing. It’s a great location, too! Would definitely go back!

The apartment had everything we expected and more. It was super clean and we really only had to bring our personal belongings. Location is great, view was great - walking distance to everything on the beach.

My stay here was seamless from check in to check out! The unit was extremely clean and Larry, the owner, was available if I needed anything (which I didn’t!) I’d recommend this to friends and family…as well as come back myself on another trip!

Beautiful Condo/Excellent Stay

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful Condo that is tastefully decorated and has high quality appliances, bedding, towels, etc. This unit is the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in! The owner is a great host. I appreciate the correspondence before checking in along with him greeting us for a walk through and recommendations on dining, etc.

Spectacular condo

Three of us stayed in this beautiful, well furnished condo for four days and loved it. Check in and out was very easy and our host Larry was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The views from the living areas and balcony were spectacular and the location was perfect for access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent Stay!

The property owner, Larry, is a fantastic guy who is very accommodating and hospitable. Our flight was canceled and Larry was able to accommodate the change without any issues. The property is clean and the unit is well appointed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a carefree stay.

Fabulous and comfortable stay

This condo is very luxurious and has everything you’ll need. All of the appliances are new and quality. The view is great. The beds are comfortable. The floor was relatively quiet even though we were there for spring break. It was a good value for being so close to the beach. the resort fee includes two beach chairs with umbrella. We were very happy we chose Larry’s condo.

We definitely loved the condo life on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale. Definitely the best of both worlds when comparing stay in the hotel vs condo on the water. We usually stay at a hotel north of the W and the rates were too high. We had friends stay on the residence side of the W and they were very pleased so we took the jump and booked too. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities of home. I didn't have to live without my nespresso maker and my husband has access to coffee from k-cups. We loved the in unit laundry and will decrease the amount of clothes we bring next time so we can travel lighter and do wash during our stay. For a family of 5 it was necessary to have two full baths and a large refrigerator to store drinks and snacks. We had great views from the balcony and the living room was very comfortable. We will definitely return. I wish we had access to the main pool, but the residence only pool was quiet and enough for our needs.

Perfect

Thank you to Larry for such a welcoming space to spend a few days by the beach. The condo is nicely furnished, bright and well equipped. Larry’s personal welcome was an added touch. It is clear they care about their guests! We will be back for sure.

Winter getaway

This is our second year stay at this unit and won't be our last. Perfect condo with everything you could need and more. I forgot a pool floatie for the little one and Larry has a spare! Thanks Larry. See you next year

Great condo. Fully equipped. Clean. Huge balcony with comfy furniture and views of both the intercoastal waterway and the ocean. Good restaurants and two pools on the prperty and great location to other restaurants, bars and shopping. The owner met us at checki-in to aquaint us with appliances, good restaurants and the area in general. Wonderful vacation!!

Absolutely amazing!

This was my first time renting through VRBO and I couldn’t have found a better host or property. Larry was absolutely wonderful from check in and all throughout our stay. The place is gorgeous with great views. Even better than the pictures. It’s cozy and luxurious. We had a wonderful time and we’re so appreciative of how accommodating Larry and the staff at The W were. Few great features - restaurants and hotel pool onsite. The pool is fun and service is great. The beach is across the street. We are also in walking distance of other great restaurants and a short drive from night life. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here!

Girls Trip!

We stayed here for a multi-generational girls trip to Fort Lauderdale Beach. My mom (60s), daughter (3), and I (30s) enjoyed the condo and location! Communication with the owner before the trip was great and he met us to get checked in. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony and view of Fort Lauderdale and the ocean. The location is walkable to several restaurants. There is a beach playground not too far away for little ones. We stayed during peak "spring break" for college students, so having the "resident" pool (in addition to the hotel pool) was nice to have a quieter setting.
