Beautiful Updated Condo in Ocotillo/Chandler!

FANTASTIC CONDOMINIUM in LUXURY GATED complex in golf community of Ocotillo in Chandler, Arizona. This waterfront condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and has recently been updated with new paint, carpet, and new furniture.
The living room has two new sofas with a huge flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a thick Serta pillow-top mattress and it's own private flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a separate shower and garden tub.
The second bedroom is split from the master and has a queen bed with a full bath right next to it. Our spacious breakfast area overlooks the beautiful community water feature.
Spend time on the back patio relaxing by the water drinking your coffee, or at the HEATED pool and hot tub. There is a fitness center on-site as well.
For those GOLF LOVERS, a mile away is Ocotillo Golf Course, a premier golf destination in the Valley of The Sun. Golf at Ocotillo includes 27 holes of stunning golf designed by renowned course architect Ted Robinson and is a recipient of Golf Digest’s 4 1/2 Star Best Places to Play Award. - see our link below for pictures and course layout. We are located 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 15 minutes from Tempe. At just 10 minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center there is great shopping and many fine dining restaurants for you to choose.

The condo was a good find! It had an attached garage that was available for our use which we totally appreciated. The condo was very clean when we entered. We also liked having a ground floor condo with a patio that faced a green space with a pond. The kitchen was adequately stocked. There were a few items that would have been nice to have; an ice cream scooper, sharper knives, and a larger cutting board.It was also in a great location with easy access to grocery stores and resturants. All in all it was a great condo!

Great place for me and two buddies to stay at for our week long golf trip. Had everything we need and a close Uber to restaurants in the evening. Would book this place again!

Fantastic Time

The condo exceeded our expectations. Being from Pennsylvania, and being able to sit out on the patio and hear the water fountains and watch the ducks float by in November was amazing. The location of the condo was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

Clean, comfortable home away from home!

Soon after moving out of the area, circumstances required my husband, three young children and me to be back for a whole month. What a relief it was to find this beautiful condo! It was the perfect home away from home!

Water view

Clean, well kept property in a quiet gated community. The property was located in an area that was perfect for me with easy access to anywhere I wanted to go. I loved the sound of the water fountain and aerators on the pond. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Couples Getaway

Overall a great stay. Condo comfortable and well equipped. Bavking onto water is very nice but be aware the water feature is noisy. It does go off around 10 pm and back on at 7 am. Good location for walking to grocery store and restaurants.

Nice Place and Location

The hostess did a good job of communication when the VBRO website failed to communicate or answer my questions. The place is well maintained with a great location. The only issue I had - and they are not major - was the slow internet. Anyone staying there will be satisfied. One factor to note: the refrigerator does not have an ice maker and there are no trays to make ice. However, ice is available the many retail stores in the area.

Nice condo but a few issues

Our primary disappointment was the cleanliness of the floors and carpet. Floors had not been mopped and carpet leading into the bedroom was dirty. Kitchen was dated with faded out Formica countertops and one of the cabinets beginning to delaminate. TV service was bare bones Roku which we had never used before and did not like. Property manager eventually gave us login credentials for Fubo.

The unit was very clean and quite comfortable for us and it had everything and more of what we were expecting. The pool and hot tub were a pleasure to use and the people in the gated community were friendly and inviting. The location was in an area that appeared to be very safe and all the amenities, stores and services were within walking distance. Finally, the host was polite and accomodating to our requests. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Condo and location!

We found the condo very clean, tastefully decorated and a great location in a gated community. Walking distance to great restaurants. When our coffee maker stopped working, our host Christine had a new one for us the same day!
