Beautiful little waterfront villa in new condition above the port of Les Oursinières (Le Pradet). 180° sea view, a stone's throw from the beach in a haven of peace.
Fully air-conditioned villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, laundry room, heated pool, outdoor terraces on two levels, traditional barbecue. Quiet setting.
Possibility of renting a boat just down from the house and for a supplement (day, half-day or evening) a Clubman 28 twin-engine semi-rigid (8.60m) with skipper (Port des Oursinières). Numerous heavenly destinations less than 20 minutes away: Porquerolles, Presqu'ile de Giens, Almanarre beach, Cap Brun...
Villa location: Toulon SNCF train station (20 minutes) & Toulon-Hyères airport (25 minutes).
