The space
Our cozy bungalow sits behind a gated 5 acre estate located in one of Templeton's finest neighborhoods. The surrounding views feel like the country side of Italy, but you are just minutes from town.

This bungalow is filled with everything one might need for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. This includes, a full size washer and dryer, full size fridge, an amazing walk in shower, cozy loft with a queen size bed, spacious patio for morning coffee and evening wine and winding down.

The cute kitchen was thoughtfully designed around a great airbnb experience. This kitchenette has a two burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and has all your cooking essentials to make for a great experience during your stay. If you're more of an outdoor cooker, we have a propane BBQ ready for you to enjoy on the spacious patio at the edge of our creek bed surrounded by the oaks forest.

The spacious loft has a very comfortable queen size bed, and a mini split unit to keep you at your desired temperature all night long.

Downstairs has a smart TV with Netflix and many different apps so you can log into all your favorite streaming services. Also a quant dinning area, and couch with tranquil views of the creek and oak forest.

If you're up early, you might catch a glimpse of the fox, deer, coyotes and turkey and all the other wild animals we have here.

Guest access
Our guest have access to a private driveway, and private parking. If you are arriving with more than one car please let us know ahead of time. You are free to enjoy the immediate landscaped yard around the Bungalow.

We want to leave our guests alone to enjoy your stay in privacy, but we are also available for whatever it is you might need.
Other things to note
*** PLEASE NOTE ***
Im sure you have already glanced through our photos, but if not, please go back and do so. The stairs leading to upstairs are very easy to walk up, however, the opening at the top step is low. You will have to duck to walk through it. This hasn't been a problem for myself or my 6ft tall husband, I just want it to be known prior to booking to avoid any issues one might have during their stay. We want everyone to have to greatest experience.

This home is not suitable for small children. For safety concerns, we do not allow children. We also do not allow pets. A $1,000 fine will be added if you do not comply with our terms.
