The space flows into a large living and dining area bathed in natural light, offering ample room for everyone to gather and enjoy convivial moments around a delicious meal.



The fully-glazed extension overlooking the garden features a second dining area and a stunning master suite with a walk-in closet and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. On this level, you’ll also find a laundry room and separate toilets.



Upstairs, a staircase leads to three spacious bedrooms, one of which offers a charming view of the sea, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
