Ensure that the lint trap is cleaned after every use, the dryer has a tendency to get extremely hot, so monitor the cycle so that it is not on high

Beautifully decorated and updated townhome in a gorgeous Pelican Marsh setting. Wonderful location. Very responsive owner.

Amazing place!

Great location- so close to shopping and restaurants and all Naples has to offer. Beautiful place- sparkling clean and high-end modern design. Spacious and so many great amenities! Great communication with host!

A Treat in Naples….

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo - was super clean, attractively decorated, & conveniently located. The host went out of her way to accommodate us for an additional night when our flight was delayed due to weather. We hope to make a return visit!!

February 2025 in beautiful Pelican Marsh/Naples Fla.

We had the PERFECT stay in Pelican Marsh this past month. Aleks was a wonderful host. She even allowed us an extra night at the beginning of our trip when we decided to fly at the last minute. She was always extremely responsive to any questions we had. The villa was a 10 out of 10! From the beautiful marble flooring throughout to the huge and luxurious shower to the beautiful kitchen and baths, and the comfortable beds in the bedrooms, we felt like it was home away from home. Thank you Aleks!

Great location and neighborhood

This condo is centrally located so convenient for groceries, shopping, restaurants and is close to the beach. You will need to drive to the beach but there is a parking garage. Rent bikes and it’s less than two miles. Active tennis community with pickle ball also. A new restaurant/ bar is outside at the community center with good food. Golf is separate and not open to the public. The condo has a nice open floor plan and is peaceful with the back view and decor. Very pleasant communication. The pool/hot tub is nice and walking distance for the condo community within Pelican Marsh. There is not an outside lani but we enjoyed morning coffee at the front courtyard area where the owner has two nice chairs. You will be outside most of your stay so that worked for us. We will definitely rent here again!

Notable in North Naples

Lovely decor. Quiet, beautifully landscaped and friendly neighborhood. Pools were warm and not crowded. Variety of restaurants close by. Loved the salad buffet at Whole Foods just around the corner. All and all a great stay!
